      * We can make a real difference to our customers & their Life Spaces * Working with customers who can see what we're trying to achieve within the industry & supporting us in doing so * Great culture - friendly staff * Challenging work - sense of achievement after every day * Professional development is highly promoted * Autonomy in my role - no micro-management

      1. Opportunity to grow. 2. Supportive Senior Management, especially the Director 3. Always open for an honest conversation 4. Ongoing training and weekly Q&A's are the best. 5. Treats and Friday Lunch
