Project Manager - Project Manager Stratagem Employee Review

The Stratagem team does a great job supporting their Consultants. The firm has a close-nit small company feel, with strong relationships with area companies. If you have skills in demand they will consistently place you in assignments. Also, they provide a fair pay and good benefits.

It would be nice to have more then one consultant on a project so we could share knowledge and build skills as a team.

There are no Pros about this company. I will a "zero" overall rating if i have a chance

I contracted to a client in Madison WI through Stratagem. Stratagem in my vendor not my employer. I always had problem with Stratagem when it comes to payment. client that i use to work with is paying Stratagem on time for the work i am doing but Stratagem keep delaying the payments to my employer. At last we end up with payments that are due from Jan 2018 to Oct 2018 where finally client terminated their contract after I filed a complaint against them . Based on my experience, I don't recommend anyone working through this company .
