Managment was always supportive and very helpful

Unfortunately company looks like they will be closing

The company has a great business module, They only promote from within so there is also no seniority, you can bypass another colleague if you've done better. You basically get what you put in out of the business which is one reason why I got promoted so rapidly. The owner is always there to take your calls which is very helpful if you have questions or need help. We do really cool events together as a team and it creates a fun atmosphere. The job is not extremely stressful like some other companies I have worked for before. The pay is above decent. The hours are not crazy you still get to spend time with your family. Most marketing companies have door to door campaigns, this company doesn't do anything like that which made me really happy.

I have yet to find any downsides as of now, I will edit if anything arises.
