      Pros

      Hours are consistent with military schedule.

      Cons

      Pay is pitiful. Management is completlwy incompetent. I’ve worked for multiple military contractors before, this company is by far the worst. Stay away!! They lure you in with the talk of good pay and “military contract” but in reality: they are a sub-contractor. No one has any clue what’s going on. They don’t use military systems and instead everything is done pen and paper old school.

      Pay was nice and the 401k options were great.

      I wish they would let everyone work remote instead of only a select few people.

      Pros

      Vacation and sick time is dumped all at one time to use upon discretion.

      Cons

      Does not value the lives of the people who get up everyday to make their business possible. A lot of chaos, lack of training and favoritism. Will punish you for using the time you worked for and will deny you upon serious life events.
