Pros

The hiring process was very smooth in Costa Rica. I was contacted within the same week I applied, and the recruiter clearly explained both the hiring process and the company from the very first interaction, which made the experience transparent and professional. This has been the best workplace I've experienced. There is a strong sense of teamwork, colleagues are genuinely supportive, and the management team does an excellent job creating a positive and collaborative culture. Regarding the HR team, there have been several staffing changes during my time with the company. While everyone has been professional, the overall experience can sometimes feel a bit impersonal due to the frequent turnover.

Cons

Although the salary ranges are very competitive within the market and the company offers a solid benefits package, I believe there is room to further enhance the benefits offered to employees. At times, administrative and support roles are managed with the same expectations and operational approach as customer service positions. While maintaining high standards is important, recognizing the different nature of these roles could lead to a better employee experience and more realistic performance expectations.

Pros

The new management can’t follow their own new rules. They change everything to fit their own narrative. If they don’t like what you are wearing, they will turn around and change the policy to be what they want , an example is dress code change. The new continuous improvement excellence manager thinks sh is in charge of the entire manufacturing floor. Instead of going to the manufacturing management she feels it’s necessary to go directly to employees who work on the floor and speak to them about what she doesn’t like. She knows nothing about working in a machine shop and makes up safety rules that don’t even apply. It’s overkill. Psychological safety is at risk as she and the new site manager do not welcome your thoughts or concerns it’s their way or no way. This is definitely a different company now and the culture went from goo to toxic.

Cons

Culture, pay, and OT payments not paid when holiday or using your vacation time sick time.
