Pros

Empowering the creators' economy and working with great, strategic clients. Remote-first approach, which is highly flexible and you get to meet great people from across the globe (virtually, they don't encourage overseas team gatherings) yet also incurs some distance and lack of team spirit.

Cons

Lack of professional orientation in marketing and account management, zero work-life balance for senior managers, as well as unrealistic expectations to generate revenue without providing any support or tools. Gaslighting is pretty much a routine in this company, also as a result of bad communication and lack of respect derived from some of the C-level executives. It appears that the senior leadership is harsh on women, and they're either being pushed aside from making executive decisions, or laid off. In general, you would expect a company that takes such great pride in its diversity to be more open-minded and thoughtful. Hyper-growth isn't working for them, increasing its no. of employees X3 within less than a year and then letting 20% of them go in 2022. They tend to take extreme actions and lay off senior managers once every Q when board meetings occur to demonstrate progress. Also - perks are VERY basic, and the recruiting processes are cumbersome, at least for marketing positions (Developers and Product managers get better support and resources)
