Pros
Young company, the small number of employees facilitates team communication. The overly alert pace of doing things (always with a tight deadline) could be seen as a plus, not in terms of organizational/management prowess, but in terms of opportunities to learn new stuff at a quick pace.
Cons
Single product focus, with limited opportunities for professional growth. More managers than actual workers (I'm sure this will be sorted as soon as the company really takes off). Mediocre compensation. Untrustworthy management (I was aggressively recruited, over their budget because they needed me, contracted on ongoing, unlimited time and limiting exclusivity terms and, as soon as the company got what they needed from me, I became "too expensive" while being away on holiday).

8yThank you for your review. As you very well mentioned, you were hired as a contractor- free lancer, on a limited period of time, for a certain project. The project was finalised when you were on "holiday" (holiday that happened during the finalisation of the said project, as you were very much aware). Your position was covered with an employee, who has been our colleague ever since. Your unwillingness to occupy such a position, total lack of team work capabilities with problems at relating with the direct supervisor and obvious job-related limitations made any future collaborations impossible. Expressing frustrations in reviews on platforms like this does not do you justice.
