Pros

Good leaning. There are big clients to work with. Good annual package but there are lots of deductions.

Cons

Lots of deductions from salary. Even they deduct upto 10000 per month from fresher's salary. They deduct money as KPI and at the end of year they return that money after applying some percentage (mostly less than 100 )and they give that money as bonus. They also deduct some part as retention and return after 3 years. At 4th year you will get 1st year's deductions, at 5th you will get 2nd year's deductions and so on. Very bad management of project. Zero work-life balance. You have to work at all odd hours including regular 9hrs in office. They are allocating lots of work to freshers and force them to complete even at late night. No food allowance at late night working. No cab facility for late night working employees especially for girls. Very small cafeteria. There are no respect for any employees. They changes policies very frequently without informing anybody any time.
