      Pros

      The company is small, but rapidly growing. As a result, individual efforts can make a big impact, and there is great potential for personal career growth. Work is fast, dynamic, and everything I do feels like it matters. My coworkers are friendly, very effective, and were thoroughly screened before hired - so only the best work here.

      Cons

      Part of being at a rapidly growing company means constantly forging into the unknown. As such, there is not always an established procedure or a plan for new circumstances.

      Great team, friendly atmosphere, approachable leadership, transparency

      Cons

      Money based on sponsorships, sponsorships dependent on the whims of a volatile stock market. When the market dips, sponsorships go away, and the business suffers.

      Pros

      Put together great team of people and had an extensive hiring process that seemed to really work. Using the PI Personality Test. I have to say it was one of the most cohesive groups without a hint of drama.

      Cons

      Very small company. Rules and laws are different. Benefits are usually not as good at a smaller company. 2 weeks vacation until 5 years of service then 3. Only get a few holidays off.
