I've been with The Anti for almost 7 years. I stay because of the people and the culture. We work hard and play hard. I feel valued and respected as a team member. I am able to have the work/life balance that works for me and my family.
Cons
Is it perfect? No. It is a business run by people. We are all susceptible to the human experience. We have had our ups and downs, but the ups always outweigh the downs.
Competitive coworkers and leadership that celebrate individual and team wins, opportunities to grow with encouragement from leaders across functions, project managers and partners that truly put us "Ants" first.
Cons
The only knock is that the healthcare coverage network (which the company covers premiums for the HDHP for employees, btw) is a bit tricky if you're not in Florida. This is the best job I've ever had and the best company I have worked for in my 10+ year professional career.
