Very low pay and not worth the boredom. If you've finished your tasks early then be prepared to sit there doing nothing for the rest of the day because they rarely have anything for you to do. Company policy says 2 days wfh but you'll get attitude from your line manager whenever you wfh because they don't believe in it. They are old school and management mentality is stuck in the 1980's. Senior management are very distrustful of employee's and most days it feels like there are several eyes on you waiting for you to do something wrong. They never say anything to your face but would rather whisper insults under their breath as they walk past you. Most people don't respect them. Employee turnover is very high for all the reasons I've listed and more. The environment is toxic and simply not worth the hassle. Final Message: Whatever your trade is don't work for Strikeforce. You can do your same role at a better company for more pay and better treatment.
