Pros
Collegues, TLs, even QAs are friendly. They had monthly activity which promotes a happy workplace and we get to know other collegues better. The work is acceptable and the pay is great (especially for their bilingual supports).
Cons
Many agents were let go after their AI translator and AI site builder was developed. They also used to pay premium for bilinguals. But when I saw their recent job posting for other languages, the offer is less than half of what we were originally getting.
