This is a great and growing company who puts all of the industry expertise and tools in place for the entire to be successful. The management are top-tier people, and I really enjoyed my time here. I left due to personal reasons.

The salary was okay and the benefits could be better, but I imagine that will improve overtime as growth continues

Companies staff prior to recent leadership change is group of great people to work with.

New leadership since about 2022 not the best. When they first came in they made managers fire and move people in positions where they had people they knew from previous company, that they wanted to bring over with them. New leadership started to work with a consulting company which over time was learned, was owned by the new leadership. People in that consulting company where then given high level position within Strive....While not illegal, not great for existing people.
