Pros

Stromasys is an organization that has the potential to grow exponentially, by offering a unique solution to organizations facing the challenges of having legacy hardware. Surprisingly, this is common problem in the enterprise space, and there is an almost endless opportunity. The team is small but extremely dedicated to the company's mission. There is a culture of caring for both the customer and also for the employee, which makes this a very nice team to be a part of.

Cons

Small company usual headaches, sometimes lack of formal processes and be prepared to wear many hats. For some these are not cons, it depends on whether you prefer "big company" versus "small company" workplaces.

Thank you for sharing. We are a small, niche engineering company and firmly believe that excellence and respect is ingrained in our team and how we treat one another. As we have been successfully solving our customers' legacy hardware problems for over 20 years we were not about to let Covid sneak in and shut our doors. Covid forced us to reduce our headcount and, unfortunately, many small businesses were faced with the same dilemma. With our family-like culture, it is painful to let people go. Navigating this crisis, we have also made other difficult cost-cutting decisions in order to fortify our company. None of these measures, which deeply affect our colleagues’ lives, have been easy. However, despite this trying time we continue to put our people first, aggressively pursue short and long term product development goals, grow our business in the Cloud, and lead exciting opportunities.
