You’re also spot on about the legacy knowledge gaps and incident discipline. We recognize the impact past layoffs had on system context, and we’re actively working to tighten documentation, clarify ownership, and improve how incidents are classified and escalated (so not everything feels like DEFCON 1 😅).
And with AI, speed matters, but so does judgment. AI is a powerful accelerator but never a replacement for our human expertise, context, and thoughtful decision-making. That balance is very much on our radar 🫡
