      Pros

      Everyone is excited to do the work. No bad attitudes. Really beautiful and thought through design solutions. Fiscally responsible company, with good hold on project accounting and cashflow.

      Cons

      Split crew between two offices (one in Portland, one in SLC). All the clients and work were outside of Oregon.
