Nice company - Technician Structureworks Fabrication Employee Review

I have been here for two years. I was hired fast and put to work. There is always more to do and if you want to work hard, you will be rewarded.

Some lazy people get to keep their jobs for too long.

A small company that was trying to expand into 2nd shift. Had a lot of potential, but the timing was still in the thick of the pandemic so it didn't pan out.

There is not any con work-wise, just that the business didn't pick up back then and they had to eliminate the 2nd shift.
