      Employees are treated with respect and appreciated for their work. Owner and General manager always have an open door policy to listen to employees. Pleasant environment in the office. Good culture and values, great co-workers. Excellent pay, solid company to work for with room for growth.

      Pros

      I and most of the employees at Stryka have been here many years. The management is bright, intelligent, and very creative. The company is built on quality products and integrity. Management has a long history of promoting employees from within. Thats how I became so successful here. I will not work anywhere else

      Cons

      I wish I had more time to visit the customer accounts I handle.
