Pros
- Strong company culture, the team works hard in order to unite everyone (workshops, volunteering events, company trips, just chill and friendly atmosphere) - Smooth onboarding. Still under impression how nice everything was organised for my onboarding, many meetings and ways of how you can learn about your position and the company - Nice and friendly managers. I always feel welcomed and never felt any type of pressure from my manager/colleagues, we are like friends and the vibe is super positive - Plenty of benefits. Delicious lunches/snacks, transport compensation, outside of work hangouts, ability to work abroad for a certain time if needed and many more - Very interesting environment, there is always something new to learn about the products - Feeling of being together an a whole team
