Nice company bad management - Senior QA Engineer StuDocu Employee Review

I have been with Studocu for eight years, starting when we were a small team of about 20 people and now expanding to almost 150+. I genuinely believe in our mission to support students worldwide, and I feel professionally and personally valued. The management has consistently demonstrated their care for me, often going above and beyond to provide support when I needed it. Communication is transparent, and the team culture is incredibly supportive. I highly recommend Studocu as a workplace.

To be honest, it's hard to find negative points. I wouldn't be working here for all these years if it wasn't a great place to work.

Startup environment, you really feel fredoom in the work environment, a few good managers, they are miticulous in take care of GA data, etc.

Executives don't have good strategical decisions and so often say that the company is profitable when it is not really the case. They hire a lot without apparent reason and have to continuous restructure the teams and fire people.
