Studco has an in-depth and extensive recruiting process which allows both the company and the candidate the opportunity to speak at length and in detail about the requirements of the role. Whilst I appreciate that you feel our review / progression process is based on relationships and not performance, I can assure you all Managers act fairly and follow the same process and procedure when reviewing an employee’s performance. Our robust performance management system through Bamboo HR allows us to have open and honest communication on areas for improvement and growth with each of our valued team members. The intention is to create a strong dialog and provide consistent feedback the aligns to the team’s progression toward the next level of our labour model.
