Cons
Constant bulletins regarding staff sickness is responsible for poor pay. If you have any illness this is not the employer for you. After being dismissed due to mental health problems my appeal was turned down...during mental health awareness week. Managers shopping and gambling all day instead of working. Senior assessors are completely unapproachable. One rule for one person and another for someone else. Contact are constantly giving incorrect information with zero repercussions. Ops managers don't care about staff moral. No real chance to move up. You will be working next to someone who is on 3x the money you are for doing EXACTLY THE SAME JOB!
