New CEO does not care about staff and is happy for experienced staff to leave. Current senior managers care more about CEO than own staff members even though he will be gone in a couple of years. They pretend to ask for staff opinion and then ignore. Always say the union approve of decisions when they don’t. Forcing staff into the office and pretending that staff want to be in the office. Make excuses like collaboration when senior managers don’t even talk to their own staff. Open up comments sections and then ignore all comments. This was clear for latest in office change. Management only look out for themselves. Telling managers information first and not caring about staff. Also telling external candidates more than they tell current staff regarding upcoming changes.
