Pros

The organization’s mission and overall vision are truly inspiring, setting a strong foundation for meaningful impact and long-term growth. Most of the staff work diligently and embody this purpose through their commitment, professionalism, and willingness to collaborate.

Cons

The leadership within the organization is significantly lacking. The current top-level management does not demonstrate the vision, strategic thinking, or capability required to elevate the company to its next stage of growth. Resources are consistently mismanaged or wasted, and decision-making often feels misguided or disconnected from the company’s real needs. The workplace culture is undermined by favoritism. Rather than being evaluated on their actual skills, performance, or potential, employees are frequently judged based on personal preferences and internal alliances.
