CEO is a very creative writer and has written nearly all the glowing reviews posted right here on Glassdoor. He is an egomaniac, narcissistic micromanager.
You must sign in and out of the office every time you walk through the front door. You must submit a "daily task list" to the CEO by 9am everyday or you will have $50 docked from you paycheck each time you you don't or submit past the 9am deadline. There are multiple department meetings each week that never start on time and are mostly opportunities for the CEO to tell you how "great you have it working there" which, is very debatable. Most meetings are spent telling endless stories of various "escapades", complaining about terrible clients or a verbal assaults on individuals for not creating 80% profit margins sales.
You never get to go home at a reasonable time and are expected to work 7 days a week despite what you are told when hired. If you are required to work on a weekend or "off" business hours... Don't expect to be allowed to take a different day off. If you need to travel with your position, you better not travel in company time...you must travel on your own time even though it's company related.
There is an extremely high turnover rate of employees. Over the past 2 years more than half of the employees have left the company. There are un-realistic expectations with tremendous amounts of pressure.
