      Room for advancement Company does exciting and innovative things Very fun work culture and environment Good benefits, health insur. PTO, IRA, etc.

      We work hard, which is not a Con for me, but some people are not up for working hard and until the job is done.

      Pros

      Studio Center has a very fast-paced environment where creativity and collaboration are truly valued. NO NEGATIVITY policy is great...anyone with a bad attitude or who is lazy gets weeded out quickly. We work hard and play hard! Room for advancement if you go above and beyond. Good pay and health, dental, PTO, IRA, incentives!

      Sometimes I'm so busy my desk is a mess...is that a con??
