Management is deceptive and lies to employees about opportunities to move up, corporate refuses to hire more staff and remains understaffed for years to save money, top performing employees are refused raises simply for being late by a couple minutes or for calling out sick. This is a company that pretends to care about their employees and pretends like their organization and procedures are perfected and reasonable when in fact they are pointless and make life hell for employees and lower management for absolutely no reason except “corporate policy”
