Pros
I've met so many sweet and funny hard working people, and developed close bonds as a result of recognizing we are all in the same boat.
Cons
The environment at Studio Nazar starts from the top. The owners are misogynistic, unprofessional and provide no structure to those working tirelessly underneath them to impress. From flirting with the young workers/interviewees who enter, to walking around while drinking (and obviously intoxicated), this is a workplace I would avoid. The managers they have put in place also provide no guidance, are rude and unhelpful. Instead of implementing any sort of business strategy or involving themselves to know people's product and workload, they take on the task of passing out the daily packages and gossiping in another language about the people around them. There is no opportunity to learn, there is no willingness from anyone to grow or change, everything simply operates as it always has and always will. Problem solving and communication are out the window, everything is based on the whim of moods.
