      The staff was amazing. I enjoyed my co workers and being a part of a team.

      Cons

      There was racial favoritism. As an AA, I found that my job was more stern than my white co workers and felt they were given chances not even offered to me.

      Lots of benefits to move up in the company as it grows. Good benefits for insurance and unlimited PTO.

      Unstable work/life balance can be tricky.
