- Great "start-up" cultural feel - Management wants to know your goals and aspirations. They will fight to get you to where you want to be in your career. - Very supportive of professional development for architects/interior designers, particularly towards becoming licensed.
Cons
- I would like to see more opportunities to be mentored.
