- Disputes are always in favor of student - They never listen to tutor no matter what proof he/she has - Tutor cannot message student or request information before bidding which puts the tutor at a disadvantage - Warnings for the tutors and suspensions are given for the silliest reasons (saying "hello" instead of "hi") - The student (CLIENT) is ALWAYS RIGHT
