Pros
I like that Studytube has enormously ambitious goals. You feel safe at the management team because you know they'll fight for the company's future. The people are nice, the office views are great and the warm lunch is also good.
Cons
It's a scale up; wages are not high and nothing is as properly planned as it would be at a corporate. This also allows for more freedom, however. It's not the most structured company, which is great for some, but not for everyone.
