Pros
Finding an employer like Stuller in Lafayette, LA is very hard to come by. At first, I was distracted by prior employee hearsay, and I am here to squash that rumor mill. Stuller is by far one of the most opportunistic employers I have ever worked for. I truly feel that they value my experience as an employee and all levels of management and leadership make a point to listen to what we have to say even Mr. Stuller himself. Thanks for keeping such a great organization in Lafayette, LA!

Some do say that the security element of Stuller is hard to overcome, but honestly, I feel safer knowing that we have this team to protect us. And it really isn't that hard, I've become accustomed to getting in and out in under a minute. It probably takes longer for me to walk to the entrance because of the impressively large campus.
