It is a great experience to be at different districts & schools with kids. Direct deposits/pay dates are reliable and consistent.
Cons
Many people take this job for the flexibility. When jobs aren't filled they understandably start calling people, but they get upset when people turn down jobs. It is not a full time job, it doesn't have benefits and SubTeach should not penalize anyone for turning down jobs.
