Worst company - Senior Java Developer Subhlakshmi Employee Review

There are no pros of this company.

Pathetic 2 months of my life. horrific experience. 1.The work culture is Pathetic. 2.The CEO of the company has to notice when and with whom are you going for breakfast and Lunch. Lunch timings have been reduced to Half an Hour because they think 1 hour is waste. You cannot take a short break yourself. 3. Your every movement will be noticed. 4. Highly non respectful bosses specially Mr. Durgeshwar Mishra and Mr. Bipin Sharma. They blame you for less knowledge and experience, how are they fair with their hiring process then? are they hiring fools jjust to blame them later. 5. Along with me 5 other new joinees were there and each of them left before i did due to this attitude of the management and the micro management cuture. 6. the management itself have conflict views against each other. 4 members handling the company and they do not agree to each other on the same point. 7. The company runs on Micro Management and your work will never be appreciated. You have no voice of yours, you just have to listen to the management and do not utter a word else you will be targeted for insubordination. 8. Inordinate delay in salary also and the information is given on the salary day that the pay-cycle has changed.

They don't care about their employees and are just concerned about money
