      Pros

      Your life won't be boring while working at Submer

      Cons

      Power and decision making centralized in a woefully unqualified and arrogant management team. Employee turnover is off the charts, particularly in the sales; 90% of the employees have been there for a year or less, which is strange for a company 10 years old. Company culture used to be fun, but now non-existent, and morale is at rock bottom. Big rounds of layoffs are always around the corner. Join Submer at your own risk...

      Pros

      New technology. May make a difference.

      Cons

      Dishonest leadership. They don't pay expenses or commissions on time (if at all). Is this a company that is going under? Probable restructuring in the near future. Product doesn't deliver as promised. Being told to lie to customers or have leadership lie to me is not useful. Manufacturing defects are hidden from customers. Deployment capabilities and installs are overstated. Just not a very honest company.
