Cons
The cons are endless. Toxic work environment, inexperienced management, back-stabbing, and lies. During my time at the company, I watched in awe how the management of the company treated propane sales as if it was a cure for cancer. People are regularly told "if you don't like it then leave". In addition, there are inexplicable terminations of people. Sr. Management doesn't keep mid-level management in line, every department thinks they run the company, and performance is subjective - meaning, if you spend 70+ hours a week sitting at your desk (even if there is nothing going on) - you'll do well. No goals provided, no job description. People are reprimanded and assessed based on hunches, assumptions, and opinions, not facts or measurable metrics. Organizational paralysis is rampant and there is absolutely no training, support, or coaching from management. Management ensures you know you are replaceable. Management also doesn't care what the customer thinks and I've never seen a company with so many documented ways of screwing their clientele. HR is run by lawyers for the sole purpose of making sure employees stay in line and the company isn't sued whey they decide they're done with you. Absolutely despicable company. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
