flexible rota - only because I used to do it

no first aid course or any knowledge in case of incident, underpaid - based on minimum wage model, deductions from the staff salaries, constant phonecalls and emails out of working hours, staff used to be charged for breaks even if they had no time to take a breaks, no sick pay, no benefits, no respect, no support (even from head office - only received advice to contact ACAS), absolutely ZERO oportunities
