      The children are amazing and so are their families

      The administration has disorganized priorities and often times there are policies pushed down from Network that seem very detached from the classroom

      Pros

      Benefits, coworkers, salary, environment, school communities, kids, parents I have worked at SA for 8 years. I have been in a variety of roles here, and I have really enjoyed my experience. People are really great. Everything is really organized. The school communities are really special. I have been lucky to meet great people and enjoy my work.

      Cons

      high pressure, lots of exams This is a real part of the job. There is a lot of pressure to do well.
