      Extremely toxic work culture. Management practices micro-management to an unbearable extent-no autonomy or trust. False promises made during hiring about massive salary hikes (claims of "100x" growth) that never materialize. Zero transparency or support for employee well-being. No clear career progression or appreciation for hard work
