Pros
There are three things that I value the most about the company. Firstly, the level of trust that management has given me. I have almost complete autonomy over what I do and how I do my work, which allows me a vast space for self-realization. Secondly, the company has a super chill culture that offers flexibility. I can work when and where I want. Results are what matter. Lastly, transparency. It is common to have access to the company's finances and understand how and why certain decisions are made. Management values employees' opinions and often lets them decide on many things. I am 100% convinced that the management is doing everything possible to create a pleasant working environment. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this team. Have I mentioned the great people? This is the first time in my professional journey that I feel like I have not just colleagues, but team players.
Cons
Since it is a fast-growing company, frequent changes can be overwhelming. I personally do not consider it a minus, but it must be taken into account if someone wants to join us.
