The managers have great leadership and communication skills. Other qualities : supportive, open-minded, empathetic. Also, they always encourage us to do our best and they create a positive and inclusive work environment. The team (HR, Marketing, IT recruiters, Business developers), is the best. We work very well together. There is no doubt about it! No major cons :-) It’s a company that is expanding in a positive way. Our benefits package was missing a RRSP but they look into it and we’ll have one soon in June 2023 :-)
