There are lots of..the main i figure out is 1. There is huge difference between salary which is noted on offer letter and practicaly. 2. They behave like employees are machines. 3. Already salary is very less and they deduct in that also. 4. They are not giving holiday , they call for the employees on Sunday also. 5. HR and management team are worst part of the SUMA soft. 6. Long working hours. 7. Do not expect any salary growth like 1 rupee also if you want to work there. 8. There is no career.
