Pros
Person running the show has surrounded himself with a staff with which he gives complete trust. There is no trust between staff and middle management. People come and go every day.
Cons
You do not need to be a part of rumors and innuendo's used to manipulate the person running the show. and other staff members. Extraordinary abusive emotional, mental, physical and so on...ETC behaviors are very common on daily basis. You would be super micro managed and controlled at work and would take it home with you 24/7 effect.
