Pros

The brand identity and product positioning are visually compelling.

Cons

I expected strategic clarity from such a polished brand, but internally, priorities shifted constantly. Campaigns would begin with enthusiasm and then pivot mid-execution without clear reasoning. Instead of building consistent marketing momentum, I often felt like we were chasing trends reactively. This created unnecessary rework and diluted focus. The disconnect between external branding strength and internal planning discipline was frustrating. With stronger strategic stability, results could be so far more impactful.

Pros

If I had to pick something, the product itself is actually solid. That's about it.

Cons

Look, I've been at three companies and never seen anything like the turnover here. People just leave constantly, and you'd finally get to know someone, feel like the team was actually clicking, and three months later they're gone, which honestly gets old. It's not like they're leaving for dream jobs somewhere they're just burnt out or frustrated. Meanwhile you're stuck picking up their work, onboarding replacements, and watching them leave too. It tanks morale, erases institutional knowledge, and makes it impossible to build anything when nobody sticks around long enough to care.
