Friendly team, Supportive directors who encourage career growth and progression, Professional environment, Management listen to opinions and ideas from all levels of staff, No micro-management , Opportunity to learn about all aspects of the business, Appreciate the value of good staff.
Cons
Personally I do not find any fault with working for the company, however it is a small company of less than 10 so you have to be flexible in your job roles and sometimes undertake tasks that do not typically fall under your description - which I know is not to everybody's taste!
