Over-stressed, over-worked, under-paid Loan Partners. Management is so focused on what the "Core" says Loan Partners should do in a day that they overlook the reality of the situation and what one can actually accomplish in eight hours. Expected to quietly work overtime without reporting it. If you do report it, you will be paid, looked down upon and micro-managed. Went to core training, met with other LPs, all that I spoke to shared the same stress level and anxieties.
