I learned a lot of hands-on skills during my time there, and flexibility was a huge plus. I felt like I made a difference in people's lives, so hands-off training was beneficial for me. Communication with management was very strong as well.
Cons
The training could have been more hands-on. It did not bother me, but it bothered some of the other interns.
