Small company with potential but need new management - Project Manager Summit Steel Works Employee Review

High Wage, Good Management, Opportunity for advancement, Good employees, On the job training.

Not a "clean job" meaning that you work in a shop that produces a lot of steel products so you naturally get dirty throughout the day.

Old management (not there anymore). HR Lady is very kind. Shop in backyard makes it easy to check on progress and reports.

No communication by Management. Reviews are BS and they don't go by them for raises or layoffs. They don't care about feedback (and request many company surveys, that don't do anything). Non business personnel running the company. Culture was friendly until new management came in, took away all extra activities and lunches.
