Pros

-They only hire really high-performing awesome folks, so they are able to put a lot of trust and responsibility on you right from the beginning. -Everyone is going to be your new best friend (not kidding) -They help you set realistic, but tough goals. Motivation to kick butt is never really a problem. -Bam Bam -There is a TON of growth right now in the company, so if you prove to be one of those kick-butt team players, there's plenty of chances to take on new responsibilities -Also because of the growth, they are always open to new ideas. Even from the bottom of the totem pole, your ideas will reach the Heaviest Sumos and get considered. -No groupthink. Everyone is happy to admit when they are wrong and take feedback.

Cons

-A few of the members are remote, so it gets hard to know them. That said, we all chat on Slack and meet up whenever possible. Staying connected and accountable isn't really problem :) -There's no set-in-stone schedule, so you have to be a disciplined go-getter who can stay on task and get your work done. If you procrastinate, you'll have to make up the time to get your projects completed!

Pros

No joke, the Sumo team is truly a family! #SumoLife We work hard, we hang out, we have fun, and we all love what we do. We have a small team full of ROCKSTARS (some of the smartest people I've ever worked with) that are generating amazing results while helping businesses all over the world make an impact. You've probably heard many times that a company has a great culture but I always took it with a grain of salt b/c honestly who is going to tell you the culture at a company sucks. But since joining the Sumo Fam this is TRULY a place that has an AMAZING culture, an amazing team, and we are all Our leaders focus heavily on keeping that culture alive. If you want to be apart of a special team, doing special things come join the Sumo Fam --> it will be one of those moments in your life when you look back and know this was the point in time that changed the trajectory of my life in an amazing way.

Cons

Besides the fact that we're located on E. 6th street so I have to drive from North Austin every day and play this game called "People Don't Know How To Drive On I-35" #FirstWorldProblems...there isn't one complaint from me. When I leave the office each day, I'm excited to go to sleep so I can wake up and come back #NoBS
